Excelente hotel, en una excelente ubicación con una actitud excelente por parte de todo el staff
Excelente servicio por parte del staff, cuenta con estacionamiento a media cuadra, todo muy limpio, siempre contaban con agua purificada para tomar y hielo sin costo extra, brinda todo lo necesario para tener una excelente estadía, además, está al inicio de la avenida Paseo Montejo, esta avenida es una excelente opción para salir a caminar y encontrar algo para desayunar, comer o cenar.

Fantástico
El hotel es muy bonito. Está ubicado en una calle tranquila con restaurantes muy cerca. La habitación era amplia y muy limpia, con todo lo necesario para hacer la estancia cómoda. Si tengo que ponerle un "pero", es que las camas están muy altas. El personal es muy amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar.

Lindo hotel céntrico en Mérida.
El hotel en sí es muy bonito, lleno de vegetación. Está en un punto céntrico y se puede caminar a varios puntos turísticos desde allá.
El desayuno es muy sencillo. Cuando preguntamos si podíamos pedir a la carta, el mesero por alguna razón fue descortés. Aparte, las habitaciones son muy ruidosas.
