Magnifique hôtel, très bon emplacement, très bonne literie, très propre.
Petit déjeuner sans intérêt. Chambres un peu bruyantes.

« Séjour agréable à Merida, ville touristique qui s'améliore et propose de nouvelles attractions. »
L'hôtel est bien situé et très bien décoré avec beaucoup de goût et d'originalité. IL y a un jardin tropical au centre de l'hôtel. Lorsque nous avons eu une fuite d'eau dans notre salle de bain, la direction de l'hôtel nous a transféré vers une autre chambre très agréable.
Une fuite d'eau s'est produite dans notre salle de bain, sous le plancher, ce qui nous a perturbés durant une nuit. Heureusement, la Direction nous a proposé une autre chambre agréable.

La qualité des chambres, de l’hôtel, son emplacement..
Il manque un petit frigo dans les chambres. Il faut trouver un système à code ou cartes électromagnétiques pour l’ouverture du parking. La formule petit déjeuner doit absolument comprendre un jus de fruit car les enfants n’ont le choix (comme les adultes) qu’entre du thé ou du café, c’est inadapté. Du coup, il faut payer 60 pesos en plus pour avoir un jus d’orange à un serveur le premier jour peu souriant, c’est en inadéquation avec le standing de l’établissement.
